Black Collar Cartel is a loose collection of Pro Se litigants battling a human trafficking and racketeering cartel composed of elected/appointed officials and Black Collared judges who covertly deprive litigants of constitutional rights by deliberate acts of omission and thus further cartel interests via daily doses of treason and sedition.

Tom Camarda

Tom Camarda is one of the most advanced Title IV-D researchers and federal compliance tacticians in the country.
After fighting and exposing systemic fraud, unconstitutional administrative orders, and federal violations across multiple agencies, Tom and Blair partnered to build the Black Collar Cartel to help parents understand the system that was designed to overwhelm them.
Tom is not an attorney, he is a federal procedures specialist, a Title IV-D deconstruction expert, and a litigation strategist who teaches everyday people how to defend themselves using the law, the Constitution, and federal supremacy.

Dr. Blair "aggroed/aggy" Reich

Dr. Blair “aggroed/aggy” Reich is a PhD Chemist, former professor, blockchain businessman, game designer, and irreverent pro se litigant.
He’s spent five years battling family law in Pennsylvania and upon seeing the inner workings has determined it to be a criminal enterprise operated by a Black Collar Cartel.
He’s authored two books primarily meant for family law litigants. The first book, Black Collar Crime Spree, is an in depth look at systematic fraud, human trafficking, and racketeering effectuated primarily by the Black Collar state judiciary in family law settings via daily acts of deprivations of constitutional rights, otherwise known as treason and sedition. The second book, “Guerilla Lawfare,” takes new litigants through the fundamentals of court and outlines the Legal Electroshock Treatment Graduated Overload process, “Let Go,” to encourage counter litigants and unlawful treasonous despots masquerading as lawful judges to pound sand and get lost.
Blair’s aim is to build a content library and course curriculum that arms a novice litigant getting railroaded by a judicial cartel into a pro se warrior capable of defending their constitutional rights from unlawful abridgement while holding conspirators accountable for their lawlessness.
The combination of Blair’s strategic planning and Tom’s tactical mastery builds a brutal combination that puts the Black Collar Cartel on their heels.
